In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
603 (relating to the issuance of a qualified domestic relations
order to clarify or modify a final divorce decree that provides
for the division of a pension or other retirement benefits) this
office has determined the following:

The bill would provide for a court to clarify or modify a final
divorce decree or annulment by issuing an order that provides for
the division of a pension or other retirement benefit.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
