In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
609 (relating to the use of municipal hotel occupancy tax revenue
to promote, encourage, or improve the arts) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
