In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
626 (relating to the authority of a county judge in a county with
a population of more than one million to delegate certain
responsibilities) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
