In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
647 (relating to the suspension of a managing conservator's or
possessory conservator's possession of and access to a child on a
conviction for child abuse; providing a penalty) this office has
determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
