In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
753 (Relating to the validation of a certain agreement between
the Edwards Underground Water District, the Medina County
Underground Water Conservation District, and the Uvalde County
Underground Water Conservation District.) this office has
determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
