In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
766 (relating to the regulation of title insurance) this office
has determined the following:

The bill relates to the regulation of title insurance and the
division of premiums between a licensed title insurance company
and a licensed title insurance agent.


No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
