In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
886 (Relating to the authority of a municipality to staff,
operate and provide for a temporary processing facility for
juveniles taken into custody under provisions of municipal curfew
ordinances.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
