LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD Austin, Texas FISCAL NOTE 74th Regular Session February 21, 1995 TO: Honorable Ron Wilson, Chair IN RE: House Bill No. 984 Committee on Licensing & By: Yarbrough Administrative Procedures House of Representatives Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No. 984 (Relating to the filing of a conduct surety bond by certain alcoholic beverage permit or license holders.) this office has determined the following: This bill would modify the Alcoholic Beverage Code by repealing Sections 11.11(g) and 61.13(g). Repeal of these Sections would eliminate certain population restrictions which currently dictate those who must file surety bonds resulting additional filings.
