In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1001 (relating to the regulation of subdivisions in economically
distressed areas and the delivery of water and sewer services to
economically distressed subdivisions; providing civil and
criminal penalties) this office has determined the following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to the units of local government cannot be
determined.
