In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1059 (Relating to notice in county deed records of the existence
of a buffer zone required as a condition of a permit issued by
the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.) this office
has determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
