In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1084 (Relating to the disclosure of certain veterinarian records
to public health authorities for rabies and zoonosis control.)
this office has determined the following:

The bill would allow the Texas Department of Health or political
subdivisions to enact rules by which veterinarians could be
required to disclose information relating to rabies and other
zoonosis control.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
