In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1138 (relating to a court authorized to waive the 72-hour waiting
period following issuance of a marriage license) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
