In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1145 (Relating to provisional certification of certain emergency
medical personnel.) this office has determined the following:

This bill would allow EMS personnel to work under supervision of
an EMS provider prior to completing requirements for full
certification.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
