In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1200 (relating to the regulation of medical radiologic
technologists and other persons who perform radiologic
procedures; providing civil and criminal penalties) this office
has determined the following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to the units of local government cannot be
