In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1204 (Relating to the punishment for contempt of certain persons
who fail to respond to a jury summons.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
