In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1281 (relating to the operation of cable TV systems by general
law municipalities) this office has determined the following:

The bill would allow a general law municipality to own and/or
operate a cable TV system.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
