In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1318 (relating to an exemption from the sand and gravel
permitting process for disturbances of marl, sand, gravel, shell,
and mudshell entities under a water rights use permit for
noncommercial purposes. ) this office has determined the
following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
