1349 (relating to the consolidation of certain programs regarding
unemployment compensation, job training, labor and employment,
and workforce development, the creation of a statewide workforce
development system, and the operations of the Texas Employment
Commission.) this office has determined the following:


The fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
