In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1481 (relating to the county courts at law of Collin County) this
office has determined the following:

The bill would create a county court at law in Collin County.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

 Comptroller of Public Accounts estimates indicate that the bill
could increase the fiscal liability of Collin County by
approximately $1,021,300 the first year and $573,500 annually
thereafter.
