In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1543 (relating to the regulation of banking and of entities under
the jurisdiction of state banking regulatory officials; providing
administrative and criminal penalties) this office has determined
the following:

The bill would provide for general revisions to the Texas Banking
Code.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
