The bill would create a district attorney position in Refugio County and would alter certain voting provisions of the 24th Judicial District. The probable fiscal implication of implementing the provisions of the bill during each of the first five years following passage is estimated as follows: Fiscal Probable Cost Out Year of General Revenue Fund 001 1996 $81,315 1997 81,315 1998 81,315 1999 81,315 2000 81,315 Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as the provisions of the bill are in effect.
