In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1681 (relating to the lease and sale of certain land by the Texas
Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Authority) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would allow the Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal
Authority to sell or lease
 the land it owns that is not part of licensed disposal site.

No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
