In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1681 (Relating to the lease and sale of certain land by the Texas
Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Authority.) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would allow the Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal
Authority to sell or lease the land it owns that is not part of a
licensed disposal site.


No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
