In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1832 (Relating to the creation of emergency services districts
without taxing authority and the conversion of such districts to
emergency services districts with taxing authority.) this office
has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
