In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
1955 (Relating to the collection of the 9-1-1 emergency service
fee from users of local exchange access lines and cellular and
wireless telecommunications devices.) this office has determined
the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
