The bill amends sections of the Parks and Wildlife Code related to the issuance of permits by the Parks and Wildlife Department for the conservation, protection, and management of certain wildlife resources and also imposes certain penalties. Various provisions of the bill result in a revenue gain, however, the amount of revenue generated cannot be determined. The fiscal implication to the State cannot be determined.
