The bill would amend certain sections of the Parks and Wildlife Code related to the issuance of permits by the Parks and Wildlife Department for the conservation, protection, and management of certain wildlife resources and would also impose certain penalties. Various provisions of the bill would result in a revenue gain, however, the amount of revenue gain cannot be determined. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The fiscal implication to the State cannot be determined. Source: Comptroller of Public Accounts, Parks and Wildlife Department LBB Staff: JK, PVT, DF
