In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2030 (Relating to the ability of a county to recover the cost of
furnishing fire protection if a fire is negligently, recklessly,
or intentionally set.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
