In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2139 (relating to the authority of the board of the Travis County
Water Control and Improvement District No. 14 to exclude certain
territory) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
