In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2148 (relating to certain structures on coastal public land) this
office has determined the following:

The bill amends Chapter 33 of the Natural Resource Code to
authorize the School Land Board to terminate at its discretion
the permit for an unauthorized structure on coastal public land
or to authorize the movement of the structure to another site.

The bill authorizes the Board to issue permits for particular
time periods to be determined by the Board.

No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
