In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2152 (Relating to powers of a property owners' association or
other designated representative relating to restrictive covenants
in certain residential real estate subdivisions.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
