In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2216 (relating to the issuance of hunting licenses and stamps and
the conducting of public hunt drawings by the Parks and Wildlife
Department; providing penalties) this office has determined the
following:

The fiscal implication to the State cannot be determined.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
