In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2226 (relating to the authority of a law enforcement officer
commissioned by the Department of Public Safety to wear the
officer's state-issued uniform while providing law enforcement
services for entities other than the department) this office has
determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
