In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2352 (relating to an exemption from the application of certain
requirements related to the practice of cosmetology for persons
who provide services at a fashion photography studio.) this
office has determined the following:


No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
