In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2388 (Relating to the authority of municipalities to secure
obligations with the revenues from impact fees and permitting
municipalities to pledge impact fees as security for
obligations.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
