In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2491 (Relating to the environmental permitting procedures of the
Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission under Chapters 26
and 27, Water Code, and Chapters 361 and 382, Health and Safety
Code.) this office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
