In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2629 (relating to the adoption of a scheduled admissions policy
for the institutional division of the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice) this office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State. 

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
