The bill would also require the Comptroller to credit $30 of the fee deposited in the judicial fund by the county for cases assigned to a statutory county court as fees deposited under Section 51.702 of the Government Code. The probable fiscal implication of implementing the provisions of the bill during each of the first five years following passage is estimated as follows: Fiscal Probable Revenue Year Gain to GR Consolidated - Judicial Fund 573 1996 $849,000 1997 849,000 1998 849,000 1999 849,000 2000 849,000 Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as the provisions of the bill are in effect.
