In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2698 (Relating to a vision statement and guiding principles for
the provision of long-term care services.) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would provide a vision statement for Long Term Care
Services where persons with functional limitations would have
access to individualized long term care services of their choice
that would assist them in maintaining and achieving independence,
autonomy and quality of life.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
