In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2725 (Relating to the reimbursement to Wichita County for use of
its criminal district attorneys office and prosecutors for
prosecuting out-of-county mental health matters.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill could result in some shifting of costs among counties.
However, the fiscal implication to units of local government
cannot be determined.
