In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2725 (relating to the reimbursement to Wichita County for use of
its Criminal District Attorneys Office and prosecutors for
prosecuting out of county mental health matters) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill could result in some shifting of costs among counties. 
However, the fiscal implication to units of local government
cannot be determined.
