In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2752 (Relating to the conveyance of a possessory interest in
property acquired by a public entity or state agency in
connection with the superconducting super collider facility.)
this office has determined the following:

This bill would amend Subchapter C, Chapter 2301, Government Code
such that in the event that property associated with the
superconducting supercollider facility is rented or leased by any
other entity, the state shall notify the tax appraisal district
in which the property is located of the possessory action.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
