In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2809 (Relating to the enforcement of standards established for
the treatment of persons in nursing and convalescent homes;
providing for the accountability of persons who violate such
established standards; and providing for the facilitation of the
flow of information and opinion on the quality of nursing and
convalescent homes to enable Texans to make informed choices in
the selection of nursing and convalescent homes.) this office has
determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
