In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2826 (relating to motor vehicle insurance for nonprofit
organizations) this office has determined the following:

The bill would amend the Insurance Code to require the
Commissioner of Insurance to adopt rules establishing a
classification of risk for motor vehicles used for "limited
purposes by nonprofit organizations." 


No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
