In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
2892 (Relating to the boll weevil eradication program.) this
office has determined the following:

The bill would provide clarification for the operations of the
Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation as well as mechanisms to
fund and administer eradication activities in the state.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
