In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
3049 (Making appropriations for and directing payment of certain
miscellaneous claims and judgments out of funds designated by
this Act and requiring approval of the claims in the manner
specified in this Act before payment is made.) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would make appropriations for miscellaneous claims and
judgments from the funds listed below in the following amounts:
    
     General Revenue Fund (001)
           $397, 588.77

     General Revenue - Consolidated
           $1,036,166.09
          
     General Revenue - Dedicated
            $86,416.34
    
     State Highway Fund (006)
            $4,653.24 
  
     Unemployment Compensation Benefit Account (937)
             $896.00  
 

The certification loss to General Revenue would be $1,433,755.

Certain units of local government would receive appropriations in
the bill.
