In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
3157 (Relating to procedures for the removal, by a recall
process, of members of the governing board of certain
metropolitan rapid transit authorities.) this office has
determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The no significant  fiscal implication to units of local
government is anticipated
