In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
3229 (relating to the establishment of the line of vegetation
along the Gulf of Mexico where a natural vegetation line does not
exist) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
