In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Joint
Resolution No. 130 (Proposing a constitutional amendment
authorizing certain persons under the age of 18 to vote in a
primary election.) this office has determined the following:

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated,
other than the cost of publication.

The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is
$90,000.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
