In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on Senate Bill No.
68 (relating to the reckless discharge of a firearm and other
common or public nuisances; creating an offense and providing
criminal penalties and civil remedies) this office has determined
the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
